Option 1
Apply online by selecting to purchase the NNS Application Fee below and follow the prompts.
Submit the application and fee on our website.
Option 2
Download a PDF application and submit with a check mailed to the school office, or placed in the blue box in the hall at the door. Please do not send payments in your child's school bag.
